Every time you make an online payment with a registered merchant, you will be asked to enter a One Time Password [OTP] which will be sent to you on your registered mobile no. with the bank. The OTP we send you will be unique for each transaction and is usually valid for 10 minutes. If your OTP is incorrect the transaction will get declined.

Can I convert the cash withdrawn from my card into an Easy Installment Plan?
